We would like to introduce a case of our company's hot spring pipe chemical cleaning (hot spring scale removal). We received a request to clean a hot spring pipe system that had not been used for a while at a source in Atami. Considering the distance and the undulating terrain this time, we decided not to set up a circulation system. Instead, we pressurized the chemicals from the higher facility side, allowed them to soak, and then collected them from the source side. A bypass for collection was installed on the source side, which was opened after soaking with the chemicals. Thin scales often detach easily and can cause blockages due to bends.
