Reduce inventory and inbound/outbound work time by 80%! Achieve accurate location identification with RFID tags!
The inventory and asset management system "Locus Mapping," which visualizes the location of items using RFID, is widely adopted by major apparel, manufacturing, and logistics companies. By equipping forklifts and automated guided vehicles with readers, it is possible to automate inventory and asset management by reading while patrolling during operations. Additionally, by attaching RFID tags to inventory and assets and reading them with a handheld reader, inventory counts and inbound/outbound processes can be significantly streamlined. [Use Cases] ■ 80% reduction in inventory counting and inbound/outbound processing time - By attaching RFID tags to inventory and assets and reading them with a handheld reader, the unique features of RFID allow for efficient bulk reading, greatly enhancing inventory counting and inbound/outbound processes. ■ Improved efficiency in searching and picking tasks - Our proprietary technology enables accurate location identification of RFID tags, expanding the use of RFID into location management and enhancing cost-effectiveness. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

We are developing Locus Mapping (an inventory and item management system that visualizes the location of items using RFID) and RFID production and process management systems, addressing labor shortages and improving productivity in retail, manufacturing, and logistics. RFID tags have become inexpensive, costing less than 10 yen each, and can read large quantities instantly, reducing the time required for inventory and shipping tasks by 80%. Previously, it was not possible to identify the location of scanned items, but our patented technology (radio wave phase analysis) enables the identification of the location of inventory and items, which can also be utilized for location management.
