We will introduce the installation procedure for the 'MAS-3000 series' that we handle. First, cut the pipe at a right angle and use 120-grit sandpaper to polish the sealing surface in a circular manner, cleaning the surface to remove any scratches. Next, use a Multi-Purpose Gauge (MPG) to ensure that the outer diameter of the pipe is the correct size and mark the pipe. If the surface condition of the pipe is poor, apply a thin layer of PST sealant (liquid TFE) as an aid for sealing. Then, select the necessary LOKRING tools for installation, inspect the tools to ensure they operate correctly, set the fitting at the location marked "INSTALL," and securely install it while operating the tool.
