This is a cost-effective wire electrical discharge machine that uses molybdenum wire for the electrode wire, allowing the drum to rotate in both directions and reuse the wire without disposal. Molybdenum wire has high toughness and excellent durability, making it less likely to break even when processing workpieces with internal holes or cavities, allowing for smooth machining. Additionally, it features a flow-through system that does not fill the processing tank with machining fluid, making it easy to check the machining conditions and enabling the processing of long workpieces that do not fit in the tank. We have already installed multiple units in our factory, and it has become an indispensable machining machine.

- Mo wire is used for the electrode wire. - The wired drum reuses the wire without disposal by alternating between forward and reverse rotation. - The wire wrapped around the drum can be used for approximately 200 hours (varies depending on material and processing conditions). - Its very simple structure allows for space-saving and easy maintenance. - Various input methods such as G-code, DXF, and CAD improve work efficiency. - A large machine capable of processing a range of 1600mm x 1200mm is also available. - It can process materials with holes or cavities internally without easily breaking the wire, ensuring smooth processing. - Due to its flow-through design, it can also process long items that cannot fit into the processing tank. - By switching to aluminum mode, it is possible to process aluminum (optional).
