Izumi Dice is a company based in Yamaguchi Prefecture that specializes in mirror polishing of inner diameters of extremely hard materials such as diamonds, carbide, and hardened steel. Using various NC machine tools, we carry out custom production of injection molding machine flow path components, rolling rolls, Turk's rolls, and more. Leveraging our long-developed mirror polishing technology, we also perform ultra-high precision inner surface polishing for components such as nozzles in injection molding machines. In our newly established Metal Processing Technology Research Institute, we have equipped special processing facilities to accommodate all types of metal processing, and we accept test processing and test wire drawing for new materials, rare metals, and difficult-to-process materials. We have received high praise for our ability to handle numerous requests in hot wire drawing. We also sell automatic paper winding devices to streamline and enhance the efficiency of packaging lines, provide cost-effective wire electrical discharge machines, and offer rental services for large-capacity blowers capable of cooling wide areas.
