The next-generation PVD coating for milling, the PR18 series, has arrived. With the newly developed PVD coating MEGACOT NANO EX, we achieve extended tool life in milling operations. Our "double-layer technology," which incorporates two types of special nano-laminates into a multilayer structure, ensures a high level of both wear resistance and chipping resistance. ■PR1825: For steel machining (focus on wear resistance) ■PR1835: For stainless steel machining / steel machining (focus on stability) ■PR1810: For cast iron machining The PR18 series is simultaneously launched alongside a total of 16 products, including MA90, MB45, and MFH series.
