The cleaning solution is retained in the circuit! An example of using two devices to clean the upper and lower circuits separately.
We would like to introduce a case study of cleaning cavity plates for a beverage container manufacturer. Previously, they had requested cleaning from another company but did not see the expected results. They approached us because the mold, which had been in use for over 20 years, was particularly in poor condition on the cavity side. Since there are two circuits, we used two machines to clean the upper and lower circuits separately. After 24 hours of cleaning, we replaced the filters and collected a significant amount of rust contamination. The customer reported that they experienced considerable results. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - They had requested cleaning from another company but did not see the expected results. - The mold, which had been in use for over 20 years, was particularly in poor condition on the cavity side. ■Results - A significant amount of rust contamination was collected. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
