A parts feeder is a device that aligns scattered components in the same direction and sends them to the next process. Since it does not use human hands, it allows for efficient progress through the process in a shorter time. The components placed in the hopper are supplied to a bowl, which has a spiral rail (trough) inside. By vibrating or rotating the bowl, the components that pass through the rail are aligned in the same direction by attachments.
