This product is a column that enables the analysis of silanes at ppm levels through a stabilized trifluoropropyl-methyl polysiloxane phase. The film thickness is very thick, achieving a large capacity and high retention capability for volatile silanes. Due to low bleed, composition analysis and impurity analysis can be performed down to ppm levels, and the low surface activity improves peak shape.
