The customer's wishes this time were the following three points: 1. They wanted a package that stands out. 2. They wanted to differentiate from similar products from other companies. 3. They wanted a glossy color. Among various proposals, our company suggested the adoption of aluminum vapor-deposited film. With regular film, even the same gold color can appear somewhat dull in the printed finish. This time, the printing is done on OPP film, but by layering aluminum vapor-deposited film over it, we achieved a glossy gold finish. The difference in color alone makes it stand out from other products, contributing to differentiation from competitors. The cost is about 30% higher than regular film, but the customer was satisfied and placed a formal order. Aluminum vapor-deposited film has high moisture resistance and light-blocking properties, allowing the contents to be kept in good condition, and since the products inside cannot be seen from the outside, it also offers high confidentiality, making it commonly used for clothing and trading card bags.
