Proposal for "movement" to achieve carbon neutrality Utilizing simulations Contract development of inverse kinematics applications for robotic arms
Started contract development of inverse kinematics applications for robotic arms Calculating joint angles of multi-joint robotic arms in a short delivery time! Proposing "movements" to reduce CO2 [M&O Consulting] We would like to introduce inverse kinematics applications for robots with multi-joint arms, including industrial robots, medical robots, assistive robots, and agricultural robots. Traditionally, robotic arms required complex inverse matrix calculations to compute the rotation angles of each joint, resulting in a massive computational load as the number of joints increased. M&O Consulting has now begun contract development of applications that incorporate a unique method for calculating the rotation angles of each joint in a short construction time.

Applications/Examples of results
Testing various movements of robots and AGVs within the factory through 1D simulation. There are cases where finding the optimal solution in 1D simulation for the movements used in the factory has resulted in a 10-20% reduction in CO2 emissions. Since moving larger parts, such as those in automobiles, generates more CO2 emissions than moving smaller parts, even a 10% reduction translates to a significantly larger impact in terms of the tons of CO2 reduced.
