【DT-1500】 This is a motor HILS that supports JMAG-RT and enables high-speed, high-precision response simulations in high rotational speed ranges.
High-Speed Simulation High-speed computational logic specialized for motor simulation is implemented on the latest large-capacity FPGA. Not only the solver but also the surrounding circuits and CPU have been fundamentally reviewed, achieving computation speeds on the order of nanoseconds. This contributes to improved reproducibility in model-based development and detailed simulations. Inverter Circuit Simulation Equipped with a nonlinear inverter model that calculates circuit equations in real-time on an FPGA. Simulation that includes the characteristics of switching elements is possible. No Need for Advanced Modeling Techniques The motor models used can utilize JMAG-RT files from JSOL Corporation. It is also possible to simulate motors developed independently by customers. Support is provided for large-capacity motor models that were previously difficult to handle. Collaboration with Complex Mechanical Load Models General-purpose real-time simulator DT-0006 By combining with RCP, simulations that collaborate with mechanical load models created in Simulink are possible.
