When inserting and pressing in connector pins of the press-fit type into the circuit board, there are rare instances where the connector pins do not enter the through holes properly and buckle, resulting in defects. Additionally, the pin length (p) of the press-fit connector is very short, and the difference from the buckled height (p2) is minimal, making it difficult to determine the quality. The "ESV-H10-II" is equipped with a 5-megapixel CCD camera and a telecentric lens, along with powerful special lighting, allowing for the capture of the insertion state of the pins within the through holes.
