The inspection targets include foreign objects on various items such as substrates (excluding silk) and gold pads. 4. Our unique foreign object inspection algorithm improves detection accuracy and the stability of inspection results. 5. Since mechanical design, electrical design, software design, assembly, and wiring are all conducted in-house, we can accommodate all custom needs of our customers. 6. The device lineup includes batch-type, inline-type, dual-side compatible, and cleanroom-compatible models. Currently, it is operational in many automotive-related manufacturers.
