● Each function necessary for washing and drying is organized individually. ● The configuration can be freely rearranged from multi-tank to single-tank depending on the required washing content. ● A head-type traverser automatically transports the workpiece. Additionally, it is capable of a swinging mechanism that can submerge or raise the workpiece in the washing liquid, ensuring thorough cleaning regardless of standing wave irregularities. ● Each tank has a separate reserve tank for the washing liquid, and any overflow is filtered. ● For the required precision, pure water from ion exchange resin is used for rinsing. By equipping a conductivity meter, the purity of the water can also be managed. ● For drying, the air nozzle moves up and down to evenly blow off water droplets while the mist tracer helps maintain a dry environment inside.
