This is a stainless steel hexagonal nut with a fine thread that has been machined to be as thin and compact as possible. Its thickness is about half that of type 1 and even thinner than type 3.
The hexagonal opposing sides are one size smaller than commercially available products, allowing for space-saving use. Using double nuts is also effective for preventing loosening. Additionally, there is a slightly thicker flat type available as well.
