"T-MCMA" is a current information diagnostic system that enables remote monitoring and diagnosis of the condition of rotating machinery. By developing the technology of current signature analysis, it can detect not only motor anomalies but also mechanical abnormalities such as unbalance and misalignment, as well as electrical abnormalities like insulation degradation and inverter issues, and deterioration of power transmission components such as gears, belts, and chains. When an abnormal condition or change occurs in rotating machinery, it can cause imbalances in the magnetic gap, which in turn disturbs the magnetic field within the stator, resulting in a weak back electromotive force in the stator current of the induction motor.
