【Characteristics of Chemical Conversion Coating Iridite and Alodine】 ■ The size of the permanent treatment tank is 1000×2200×1500 ■ Capable of processing large items that cannot fit into the treatment tank ■ Available in colored chromate with beautiful shades ranging from pale yellow to brown, and colorless chromate that preserves the aluminum metal surface ■ Excellent corrosion resistance ■ High paint adhesion (can be used as a pre-treatment for painting) ■ Minimal dimensional changes even after surface treatment ■ Usable for electrical and electronic components requiring electrical conductivity ■ Alodine 1000 has particularly low contact resistance values, effective when electrical conductivity is required ■ Products that cannot fit into the treatment tank can also be processed ■ Capable of processing products with complex shapes or those prone to deformation ■ For ring-shaped products, processing has been successfully done up to approximately φ2600 with permanent equipment ■ Touch-up and partial treatment using brush application are also possible *For more details, please check the materials from the PDF download.
