LD output, pulse width (1ns to 100ns), repetition frequency (1kHz to 10MHz), and operating temperature can be set via PC. 【PLD-CW-2000 Constant Current LD Driver】 Designed for 10-pin/14-pin butterfly package LDs, the -ZIF type comes with a fixed holder. It can drive LD with a maximum of 2A at 3V and control PID TEC with 4A at 4V, as well as support analog and digital modulation up to 3kHz. LD output, temperature settings, and PD signals can be configured via GUI (PC).
