Reduction of transfer space for belt conveyors - Platop chain TPUMF type
Are you having trouble with transfers during the transportation of food and food trays on conveyor belts? The TPUMF type adopts a chain pitch of 19.05mm, which is half that of the conventional TPU type, contributing to space-saving at transfer points. 【Features】 ● Prevents lifting and scratches on the transport surface The anti-lifting attachment (tab) reduces chain lift. By supporting the return side with the tab, it also prevents scratches on the transport surface. ● Prevents the disconnection of connecting pins and cracking of pin holes The connecting pin adopts a D-shape (see thumbnail), and the protrusion for preventing pin disconnection is located inside the pin hole, making it less likely to apply load to the pin hole. This reduces pin disconnection and cracking of pin holes. ● Chains can be selected according to transport conditions (see thumbnail) 1. TPUMF1200-T A chain for curved transport with a flat transport surface. 2. TPUMF1200-TB Prevents slipping off due to the three convex shapes on the transport surface. 3. TPUMF1200F-T Flight specification. Can be combined with 1 and 2 for inclined transport. ● Complies with the Food Sanitation Act Both the standard (W) specification and the low friction and wear-resistant (LFG) specification comply with the Food Sanitation Act (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370). The standard (W) specification uses FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved materials.

Our company, as a member of the Tsubakimoto Chain Group, is dedicated to providing solutions that meet our customers' needs, focusing our business on three main pillars: chains, precision machinery products, and conveyor systems. In April 2012, we reorganized within the group, and our chain business restarted with a focus on the Tsubaki brand's top chain operations. In recent years, driven by energy conservation and cost reduction, engineering plastic chains have become widespread in various applications that replace traditional conveyor systems, with increasing demand not only domestically but also internationally. The need for products that can withstand harsh operating conditions is also growing, making it increasingly important to provide solutions through optimal products and appropriate engineering services. In this context, we have significantly revamped our structure to consolidate the group's strengths and enhance functionality and efficiency. Our production base, the Kuki Factory, underwent extensive renovations, greatly increasing production capacity, and we completed a new factory building in March 2013. We sincerely thank you for your long-standing support and ask for your continued guidance and encouragement in the future.
