We are currently seeking new suppliers. Shima American Corporation, a subsidiary of Shima Trading Co., Ltd., is a Japanese company that was first registered as a corporation in Illinois on March 7, 1963, and has now celebrated its 60th anniversary. We have an office located in Itasca, a region where many Japanese companies have established themselves, just 20 minutes west of O'Hare Airport, with 11 employees. Outside of Illinois, we operate with a satellite office with one person in Northern California and one in Ohio, totaling 13 employees. We primarily engage in JIT delivery of automotive parts, supply of components to agricultural machinery and pump manufacturers, inventory sales of ophthalmic surgical instruments, and metalworking oils. As we expand our business, we are looking for new products beyond the aforementioned categories.
