Evolase's short-pulse semiconductor laser system supports wavelengths from 405nm to 1550nm, achieving a minimum pulse width of 30ps and a maximum peak power of 2W. It can be selected in either spatial output type or fiber-coupled type, and modulation is possible up to 30MHz (on-board) and 60MHz (external TTL).
