Introducing a case study on training new employees who can understand AI and plan DX projects!
A major financial institution (internet bank) needed a training program that not only focuses on technical aspects but also connects with business challenges, allowing data scientists to develop a broad understanding within the company. As a result, we conducted one-day online training sessions starting with the basics of "Introduction to DX/AI" and "Introduction to DX Projects," as well as case studies on "Visual Inspection" and "Work Style Reform." According to the survey results, the average satisfaction score for the training (on a 5-point scale) was 4.7, and the average skill proficiency score (on a 3-point scale) was 3.7.
