A film heater is attached to the inner surface of an L-shaped Galvalume steel plate (t0.35), and it is bonded with outdoor double-sided tape that also serves as insulation to the frame at the bottom of the PV. The surface of the panel is covered with waterproof tape to fill in any gaps.
