Manufacturing of liquid products involves the maintenance of sanitary piping! An example of a factory that produces commercial sauces.
We would like to introduce a case study of the Yokohama factory of Sanwa Food Co., Ltd., for which we undertook the design. This building is a factory for the production of commercial sauces. Since the production of sauces involves small quantities of a wide variety of products, it is necessary to clean the sanitary piping each time the product changes.
