A case designed so that the flow of people and things moves in one direction, preventing the intersection of contamination and cleanliness.
We would like to introduce a case study of a factory designed primarily for the plating of company cafeteria meals that we undertook. Based on the premise of obtaining HACCP certification for advanced funding, the design ensures that the flow of people and goods moves in one direction, preventing any intersection between contamination and cleanliness. Considering that the adjacent area is a residential zone, the design was made to avoid any impact from noise or odors. 【Overview】 ■ Location: Kasamatsu Town, Hashima District, Gifu Prefecture ■ Construction - Architecture: Naito Construction - Equipment: Onishi Thermal Engineering ■ Total Floor Area: 2,000 m² ■ Structure and Scale: Steel structure, 2 stories above ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
