We would like to introduce a case of a new factory built due to the aging of an existing factory of a food company that supplies bento to convenience stores, which we undertook. To meet the conditions set by the authorities, such as minimizing the impact of shadows and noise on the surrounding area to a level comparable to that of an existing warehouse at the construction site, we took measures such as keeping the building height of the factory low.
