A case where the flow from the acceptance of raw materials to the shipment of products has been standardized!
We would like to introduce a case study of a food factory designed by our company that manufactures and supplies bento boxes to convenience stores. Due to the ample size of the site, we were able to place all production facilities on the first floor. As a result, we were able to accommodate manufacturing rooms and arrange storage, preprocessing, processing, plating, and sorting, enabling a streamlined flow from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of products. [Overview] ■ Location: Kasuya District, Fukuoka Prefecture ■ Construction - Architecture: Toyo Construction - Equipment: Kyudenko ■ Total floor area: 8,346.56 m² ■ Structure and scale: Steel structure, 2 stories above ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
