Multi-story chilled food factory! An example of measures taken regarding architectural design specifications, including condensation prevention.
We would like to introduce a facility that includes a factory of a food company supplying cooked noodles to convenience stores, along with a distribution center that serves as a logistics hub for this area. Due to the nature of the distribution center, the first floor and most of the site are dedicated to its use, resulting in a multi-story factory located on the second floor and above. Given the characteristics of the products, a chilled manufacturing temperature range is required, and measures such as condensation prevention have been implemented not only in the building's equipment but also in the architectural design specifications. 【Overview】 ■ Location: Yawata City, Kyoto Prefecture ■ Construction - Architecture: Toyo Construction - Equipment: Kinden Corporation, Takasago Thermal Engineering ■ Total Floor Area: 15,375.48 m² ■ Structure and Scale: Steel structure, 3 stories above ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
