Condensation measures are an important design element for the production of chilled noodles! A case study that facilitates maintenance.
We would like to introduce a case study of a factory built on a reclaimed port area that we designed. Since the construction is taking place on reclaimed land, we have installed a trench for the main piping in an accessible walkway to address potential damage to buried pipes due to ground subsidence. This facilitates maintenance in the future as the infrastructure ages. Additionally, due to the large size of the production machinery, we have carefully planned the layout and zoning of the site to accommodate the delivery and future removal of the machinery, ensuring there is a sufficiently large opening for machinery entry. [Overview] ■ Location: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture ■ Construction - Architecture: Toyo Construction - Equipment: Taikisha ■ Total Floor Area: 7,437.32 m² ■ Structure and Scale: Steel structure, 3 stories above ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
