Beautiful in appearance and prevents quality degradation due to oxidation! A case of ideal gas replacement.
We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of the "Nozzle-type Vacuum Inert Gas Filling Sealer FG Series" for nitrogen-filled packaging of potato chips. By using nitrogen gas circulation filling, it is possible to simultaneously encapsulate nitrogen gas and degas, allowing gas filling while keeping the bag inflated. This method maintains the appearance of delicate products that would be deformed if degassed, while also preventing quality degradation due to oxidation. Additionally, by adding a pause function (optional), it becomes possible to further improve the nitrogen gas replacement rate. Hirai Shoji Co., Ltd. is a long-established packaging machine manufacturer with 50 years of history, headquartered in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture. Due to its good access to Tokyo and the entire Kanto region, we conduct sales and maintenance throughout Tokyo and the Kanto area. Our company develops packaging machines with the concept of accommodating a variety of production changes, saving space, and being safe for even beginners to use. While it would be ideal if a single company's products could cover all aspects of packaging, the reality is that it is generally difficult to meet diverse needs. We provide total solutions for all packaging-related concerns, not just our own products. If you have any questions about packaging machines, especially vacuum packing, gas filling, and sealing machines, please feel free to consult us.
