At Tokyo Stainless Polishing Industry Co., Ltd., we address the challenges related to pure titanium and hot-rolled materials with our original polishing technology "EGR" for substrate polishing. <Tokyo's Solutions> ☆ We easily achieve grinding of approximately 100 microns (the grinding amount will be adjusted based on the surface condition of the base material), realizing surface roughness equivalent to cold-rolled materials regardless of the state of the material! 〇 The high-temperature oxidation scale on materials after hot rolling and annealing can be descaled with low environmental impact without using acids. 〇 Regardless of whether the surface has high-temperature oxidation scale or acid-washed skin, a reduction of about 30μm per pass of the head can be achieved. EGR polishing is applicable to all stainless steel grades and can also achieve polishing effects on high-alloy and pure titanium, among others.
