For stainless steel coil materials, continuous polishing and cleaning for the products will be performed. 【Quality】 ★ By performing continuous polishing on stainless steel coil materials, we can reduce polishing unevenness and maintain stable quality while enabling mass production. ★ We use a cleaning device linked to the polishing line to ensure high cleanliness compared to general sheet polished products. ★ We can handle thicknesses from 0.25mm to 3.0mm, which are difficult to manage with sheet polishing, allowing for high-quality polishing of thin to medium-thick plates. ★ Utilizing the strengths of buff polishing, we can offer various variations based on the required surface finish (reflectivity). 【Production】 ★ Since one-stop services for level cutting and slit cutting are possible after polishing, inventory management and delivery responses are smooth. ★ Even for glossy materials like "buff polished 'high gloss'," the characteristics of buff polishing allow for touch-up capabilities after welding processing, enabling rework and finishing polishing. ★ A portion of the stainless steel coil materials can be "polished," while the remainder can be "2B," allowing for partial polishing according to the required quantity. ★ We utilize our three locations to provide relay, inventory storage at each site, and delivery functions, enabling rapid and flexible responses.
