Harness the power of new materials for development! We predict material properties and connect them to added value!
"Multiscale.Sim" is an analytical tool that enables detailed simulations considering the properties of composite materials. Using the "ANSYS" analysis engine, it possesses multi-scale analysis functions necessary for coupled analysis of microstructures and macrostructures, including the calculation of equivalent material properties through numerical material testing, macro model analysis, and localization analysis. By understanding the anisotropic material properties, it achieves improvements in the productivity and quality of composite molded products. 【Features】 ■ Enables detailed simulations considering the properties of composite materials ■ Possesses multi-scale analysis functions necessary for coupled analysis of microstructures and macrostructures ■ Achieves improvements in the productivity and quality of composite molded products *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Flow of Multi-Scale Analysis** (1) Micro Model Creation: Create a micro model for numerical material testing using ANSYS DesignModeler or 3D CAD. (2) Homogenization Analysis: After generating the mesh and inputting boundary conditions in ANSYS, conduct numerical material testing to calculate equivalent material properties such as elastic modulus. (3) Macro Structural Analysis: Apply the equivalent material properties output from the homogenization analysis as the material properties of the macro model, and perform analysis and verification of the macro model again. (4) Localization Analysis: Select a specific region from the macro model analysis and analytically observe the local behavior within the microstructure at that location. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
