In Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, on the pedestrian-only road near Mitsuwadai Station of the Chiba Urban Monorail, we have adopted permeable pavement and water-retaining pavement material colored sand on Mitsuwadai Route 59. Since more than 20 years have passed since the construction, some areas have been repaired, but the majority of the permeable pavement and water-retaining pavement material colored sand has been used as is since that time. *Photographed in April 2023.
