Maintaining an accuracy of 0.002mm for the minimum display value of a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine! A case study using the Labrock 40.

We would like to introduce a case where the vibration-damping rubber "Love Lock" was installed on a measuring instrument. The three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine was affected by vibrations from numerous press machines and large shearing machines present in the sheet metal factory. By using "Love Lock 40," we were able to eliminate the variation in the microcounter readings and maintain the precision of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine at a minimum display value of 0.002mm. 【Overview】 ■ Love Lock 40 (120×230×18mm) × 6 locations, 12 pieces (total of 3 standard sheets) A 10mm thick steel plate was used between two layers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
