Noise prevention for indoor generators! Introducing a case that achieved a vibration absorption rate of 95.8%.
We would like to introduce a case where the vibration-damping rubber "Love Lock" was installed in an indoor ultra-low noise emergency generator. The generator has an operating weight of 6.990 kg, an output of 500 PS, and a rotational speed of 1,500 r.p.m., with 16 support points. In this case, "Love Lock 60" was used in a three-layer configuration, achieving a vibration absorption rate of 95.8%. 【Overview】 ■ Number of support points: 16 ■ Spring constant: 43.7 kg/mm ■ Deflection amount: 10.0 mm ■ Natural frequency: 5 Hz ■ Forced vibration frequency: 25 Hz *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
