The Smart Distribution Unit SCS200 is a new distribution and control unit that achieves three goals: load management, reduced wiring labor, and space-saving. The SCS200 is equipped with built-in functions for CAN connection, load output switching, and real-time monitoring of current and voltage, allowing for the transmission of diagnostic data to the master controller. Additionally, its structure, which reduces wiring labor through CAN connection, saves space within the vehicle, enhancing the flexibility of the layout of electrical components. It is an optimal solution for design engineers who need to manage the increasing load within the system. It is compatible with various platforms such as electric vehicles, buses, trucks, agricultural vehicles, forestry machinery, construction machinery, and special vehicles, featuring a robust design that complies with protection class IP67 and has high environmental resistance. Each channel can be set up to a maximum of 30A. You can choose between two types: a semiconductor version with pre-set protection functions for each channel, and a socket version that allows users to incorporate ISO micro relays and blade fuses. The semiconductor version is available in either 8-channel or 12-channel configurations, making it ideal for controlling motors, lights, pumps, and more.
