In addition to glass substrates, we have experience with PET, PEN, acrylic, titanium plates, copper foil, and others. However, if there is a coating on the surface or if it is contaminated (with fingerprints, grease, etc.), it may not be possible to adhere using an electrostatic chuck. We recommend sending some scrap material from the substrate in advance to confirm whether it can be adhered.
