[Improvement/Update Example] Work Printer

We will introduce an example of a device that transcribes identification numbers and cures the ink by UV irradiation in the final process!

We would like to introduce a case of improvement/update for the "Work Printing Machine." There was a customer's issue/request stating, "Due to wear and tear, if there is any misalignment in the transfer section during printing, it results in defective products due to missing characters, and we are manually wiping off the prints for reuse, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. We would like this to be improved." By enabling the repurposing of work transport jigs that are familiar to the operators and produced in large quantities, we were able to reduce costs and receive positive feedback from the customer. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - Defective products due to misalignment caused by wear and tear, leading to time and labor costs. - There is a risk of production delays or operational stoppages in case of breakdowns, and the customer wishes to completely renew the equipment. ■ Results - We enabled the repurposing of work transport jigs, leading to cost reduction. - We incorporated a fitting mechanism and a robotic cylinder in the transfer section, ensuring repeatability and accuracy. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
