Self-rotation and revolution type stirring and degassing machine 'Hi-Merger' <Principle of stirring and degassing>
Hi-Merger
The bubbles are compressed and broken apart by strong centrifugal force, resulting in defoaming!
The "Hi-Merger" tilts a container filled with materials inside the device, allowing it to be mounted and subjected to both rotation and revolution, creating a planetary motion. When the container is revolved at high speed, a significant centrifugal force is generated, and the additional centrifugal force from the rotation exerts a powerful synthetic centrifugal force on the materials inside. The materials tend to move towards the bottom along the inner wall. As the container rotates, a continuous convective motion occurs, with downward flow along the inner wall and upward flow in the center, and vortex flows generated by the rotation. These two flows are effectively combined to achieve meticulous mixing. 【Effects of Rotation, Revolution, and Centrifugal Force】 ■ Only rotation / Only revolution: The centrifugal force causes uneven distribution within the container. ■ Combined rotation and revolution: Convection occurs due to the composite vectors of different centrifugal forces. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company boasts four traditions and trust in touring, tool presetters, lens processing machines, and stirring and degassing machines. In addition to standard products, we respond to customer needs with milling holders for machine tool manufacturers and special angular heads. Our products are utilized in various industries, including automotive, construction machinery, and aerospace. We are pioneers in domestic tool presetters, having introduced them to the market for the first time. We offer a wide range of products, from compact tabletop models to the latest fully automatic systems equipped with CCD cameras. The launch of our lens processing machines began in 1970, making us one of the most historically significant companies in Japan. With the explosive proliferation of digital cameras, we have expanded our business scope. As the only domestic manufacturer of lens processing machines that offers a complete lineup of all processes from rough grinding to core processing, we supply all major camera manufacturers' domestic and overseas factories.
