The "YZ Robot P Series" is a palletizing robot that utilizes a highly versatile industrial robot that can be installed in a space-saving manner. By adopting an industrial robot with a payload capacity of 25 kg as a palletizing robot and packaging it along with peripheral devices, it can be introduced at a low cost. It achieves a reduction in takt time with high transport capacity, leveraging the fact that it is an industrial robot. With the adoption of a 6-axis vertical articulated robot, it has a wide range of motion and is easy to use. Compared to dedicated machines, it can be installed compactly, making it suitable for various installation locations. Palletizing programs can be easily set up from the teaching pendant. You can utilize a remote maintenance service that allows for remote operation of the robot.
