The double steel belt heat press conveyor is a continuous press device that heats, presses, rolls, and molds materials using two conveyors, one above and one below, which are equipped with built-in heating heater blocks. ■ The workpiece is accurately clamped and heated, pressed, and rolled using upper and lower double conveyors, resulting in high processing precision. ■ Direct heating with a heated steel belt ensures high thermal conductivity to the workpiece. ■ Using a flat steel belt ensures that the workpiece is also flat. ■ The steel belt can be designed with fine shapes, allowing it to be used as a mold for shaping the workpiece. ■ High-temperature resistant high-strength stainless steel is used, making it strong against high temperatures. ■ The electric motor or air-operated EPC (wobble prevention device) reliably prevents the steel belt from wandering. ■ The electric heater heating method provides good responsiveness. ■ By using cooling blocks above and below, the heated product can be rapidly cooled, allowing for uniform thickness in a strip shape.
