Introducing examples of stable potting even with low viscosity resins!
We would like to introduce a case where resin potting issues occurred with low-viscosity resin. When a very small amount of resin potting is needed for LED junction coating, the resin does not adhere to the substrate side and is drawn to the needle tip, resulting in defects due to lack of resin potting.
