It is possible to illuminate along the same axis as the camera axis using a half mirror. Improvements to the adopted half mirror have significantly increased the resolution compared to the IFVA series. Inspection using specular reflection is possible, making it effective for checking fine surface scratches, printing, and text inspection. It can be used for a wide range of applications, such as substrate pattern inspection and measuring the pitch of connector pins.
