Infrared lighting
Ideal for transmission inspection of packages, LCDs, and printed characters. IR transmission allows for the recognition of states in liquids. It also enables easy appearance inspection by transmitting characters and patterns. In addition to the peak wavelength of 850nm, we offer a rich lineup of other wavelengths such as 780nm, 810nm, 890nm, and 940nm. Other wavelengths are also available beyond those listed here. We can also produce irradiation in the same shape as visible light. Please consider the high-output infrared lighting Infrared2 series and the long-wavelength infrared lighting Infrared3 series. What is infrared light? We will introduce examples of foreign object and dent inspection using infrared lighting. Infrared lighting has a longer wavelength than visible light (light visible to the human eye) and is not visible to the human eye. Compared to ultraviolet and visible light, infrared light has a very low scattering rate, resulting in a high transmission rate, allowing it to pass through liquids and inks. Additionally, unlike halogen, it has a limited wavelength range, so it does not affect photosensitive work.
