All HVAF spray guns, including M4, M3, M2, M2 handheld, and ID series, are controlled by the UltraCoat Process Control System. This control system features an intuitive touchscreen interface, allowing centralized control of the entire spraying operation. The system can be integrated with safety switches for multi-axis robots, lathes and turntables, powder feeders, compressors, ventilation equipment, and dust collectors. The UltraCoat auto-spray function enables a fully automated spraying process, ensuring consistent coating quality at the highest level for each batch. The touchscreen operator interface is intuitive and user-friendly, minimizing training time for operators. In the event of a malfunction, Uniquecoat Technologies can perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics (a wired internet connection is required).
