The "HP/HVOF Spray System JP-8000" is a product that achieves high-quality coating through the adoption of high-speed flame spraying methods, realizing the fundamental principles for high-quality coatings: "high combustion pressure, high gas flow rate, and high-speed particles." By melting powder materials and colliding them with the substrate, a film is formed under compressive stress, resulting in a coating with high density, adhesion, and hardness, while minimizing the oxide content. It can be widely used for improving the corrosion resistance of printing rolls and the wear resistance of conveying screws, among other applications. 【Features】 ■ All operations are touch panel controlled. ■ Each limit is pre-set, and the spraying conditions are registered.
