Hibis Mixes® Type 2P-1
A compact tabletop planetary mixer suitable for prescription research and development.
HibisMix® consists of a two-axis planetary mixing, dispersing, and kneading machine with two stirring blades that rotate and revolve. The two stirring blades can uniformly mix the contents of the container by rotating while revolving. As a result, there is minimal dead space, allowing for uniform mixing even with very high-viscosity materials. It is suitable for mixing and dispersing from paste to clay-like consistency and is primarily used in kneading operations that require uniform mixing and dispersion of large amounts of powder with small amounts of liquid. It can handle kneading of high viscosity up to about 1,000 Pa·s (1,000,000 cP).

**Features of Hibis Mix®** - The two stirring blades rotate and orbit, resulting in minimal dead space and allowing for uniform mixing of the materials. - It can handle a wide range of materials, from low-viscosity mixing to high-viscosity kneading and degassing. - The type of stirring blades can be changed according to the material being processed and the mixing purpose. - By using a jacketed container, heating and cooling can be achieved. **Features of Model 2P-1** - Capable of processing up to 1L. - Operates on AC100V power supply. - Even with load fluctuations due to changes in the viscosity and specific gravity of the material, the feedback system maintains a constant rotation speed. - Directly displays the stirring power applied to the material (using an output meter). - Load indication through green, yellow, and red lamps allows for intuitive understanding of the load on the motor. - Equipped with a data logging system to an SD card. - Includes a temperature sensor. - Features a timer operation function.
