It is an optical thin-film filter that reduces the reflectance at specific wavelengths and improves transmittance. By increasing the amount of light, it contributes to energy saving and power reduction.
Light reflects at the boundary surface with air, causing 4% reflection on one side and 8% reflection on both sides of the glass, resulting in a reflection of one's own image. An anti-reflective coating (AR = Anti Reflection Coating) is an optical thin film that utilizes the principle of interference by alternately depositing dielectrics with different refractive indices, reducing the reflectance of specific wavelengths and improving transmittance. Are you facing any of these issues? - Want to reduce reflections and ghosting in window materials? - Is there a way to improve visibility and achieve clearer image quality? - Looking to reduce internal reflections and prevent flare? - Want to increase light levels to contribute to energy savings? - Can we design an anti-reflective coating (AR) that takes the angle of incidence into account?

basic information
1) Features of Adachi New Industry's Anti-Reflection Film (Multi AR) - It prevents reflection across the entire visible light spectrum and achieves high transmittance. - It prevents light reflection from both sides of the substrate. - Because light loss can be minimized, clear images can be obtained without compromising incident light, even in complex optical systems with long optical paths. 2) Compatible with various substrates, including glass and resin films. - Our company uses a batch (sheet) process. The maximum size is □200mm. 3) Design and customization available for desired wavelength bands. We can design and coat according to the customer's requested wavelength range. Please provide the wavelength range, transmittance, reflectance, and incident angle. 4) Component support is also possible. We can handle everything from substrate procurement to coating. It is also possible to cut to any shape and ship as components. However, detailed drawings will be required. 5) Measuring instruments. A measurement chart will always be attached upon shipment. 6) Cleanroom compliance. The working environment maintains the necessary cleanliness for each process, from coating to inspection, within a cleanroom, ensuring a thorough system against minor film defects (such as foreign substances in the film).
Price information
The price will vary depending on size, spectral characteristics, and quantity. To provide a quote, we can respond quickly if you provide the following information: 1) Information required at the design stage: - Central wavelength (including tolerance) - Transmission range: transmission rate - Stop band: transmission rate or reflection rate - Angle of incidence - Glass material 2) Information required for the quote: - Design information for the optical characteristics mentioned above - Quantity - Size (including thickness) Please let us know. We can also cut to the desired shape, but we kindly ask for a drawing to be provided.
